Frannie must rethink her dream of becoming a veterinarian after she and Elliott, her future assistant, cause chaos by letting her Aunt Magoo's dog, Bark, loose in a veterinarian's waiting room.

Frannie goes to dinner at a brand new French restaurant and tries her hand at being a food critic, even as she starts a campaign to warn other diners that there are insects on the menu.
